Terms conditions

1. General provisions. These Purchase and Sale Rules (hereinafter the Rules) establish the Buyer and UAB Dumtra (hereinafter the Seller) mutual obligations, duties and responsibilities when the Buyer purchases the products from the e-store.

2. Conclusion of the purchase sale agreement. The purchase sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer formed a shopping cart in the e-store, indicated the delivery address, selected payment method and after reading these rules, clicked the "Confirm order" button. The contract is valid until the obligations under this Agreement have been fully discharged. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in UAB Dumtra e-store.

3. Buyers rights and obligations

3.1. In accordance to these Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the e-store.

3.2. The buyer (user) has the right to withdraw from the sale contract of goods without giving a reason to Seller, by notifying the Seller within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the products.

3.3. The buyer must accept the ordered products and pay the price of the goods and their delivery.

3.4. If the data provided in the Buyer's registration form changes, the Buyer must update them immediately.

3.5. The goods selected by the Buyer are reserved and the Seller undertakes to execute the purchase and sale agreement only when The Seller receives a notification from the Buyer's bank about payment for the selected goods. The buyer must confirm payment order no later than 24 hours after clicking the "Confirm order" button. If the payment order is not confirmed within the term, the Seller has the right to consider that the Buyer has declined the purchase and sale contract.

3.6. If the Buyer does not like the shape, size, color, model or set of the goods, he has to return the goods with his own transport or pay the cost of return.

3.7. The Buyer must comply with other requirements established in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Sellers rights and obligations

4.1. If the Buyer tries to undermine any work or stable operation of the store, the Seller may without prior notice restrict, suspend (terminate) his access to the e-store.

4.2. The seller has the right to temporarily or indefinitely terminate the e-stores operations without given notice.

4.3. The Seller has other rights provided in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

4.4. To create conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the e-shop.

4.5. To organize the delivery of products ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.

4.6. If the Seller in case of important circumstances is unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer, he undertakes to offer the Buyer an analogous product, and if the Buyer refuses to accept the analogue of the product, to return the money paid by the Buyer within 3 working days if the Buyer has made a prepayment.

4.7. If the purchased product did not meet the quality requirements, the Seller undertakes to replace the product of poor quality for appropriate one, reduce the price of the goods or return the money paid for the products and their delivery within 14 days of the request.

4.8. Upon termination of the contract within 14 days, the Seller undertakes to return the money for the undamaged returned products within 14 days.

5. Delivery of goods

5.1. The Goods shall be delivered by the Seller within 10 working days from the received payment for the goods and their delivery or within 3 days from the received payment for the goods and their delivery by Courier service at the Buyers expense.

5.2. Upon arrival of the consignment, the Buyer together with the courier must check that the condition of the consignment is not damaged. If the package has been damaged, the Buyer must indicate that in the delivery acceptance document (bill of lading). After the approval of goods and signing the goods acceptance document (consignment note) without comments, confirms that the goods in the consignment has not been damaged and has been properly delivered.

5.3. The delivery price of the goods depends on the size of the shipment.

6. Liability

6.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. The Buyer takes responsibility for the consequences of the inaccuracy of the data provided in the registration form.

6.2. For the violation of purchase and sale agreement concluded using e-store, the parties are liable in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

6.3. The Buyer is responsible for transferring the registration data to third parties. If third parties use the Buyers registration data, the Buyer is responsible for the actions performed by the third party.

6.4. The Seller is not responsible for the information provided on the websites of other companies, even if the Buyer accesses these website pages via the Sellers e-stores website links.

6.5. In the event of damage, the guilty party compensates the other party for the damage.

7. Sending information

7.1. The Seller sends all notifications to the e-mail provided in the Buyers registration form.

7.2. The Buyer sends all notifications and questions to the address indicated in the "Contacts" section of the Sellers e-shop.

8. Final provisions. Any dispute arising out of the application of these rules shall be settled by negotiation. All disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
